INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF MARSA HOTEL
It is the guest's responsibility to read the HOTEL'S INTERNAL REGULATIONS, since everyone without exception will be subject to these regulations, which are considered an adhesion contract and must be respected as such.
1. The hotel guest is considered solely and exclusively the person or persons who have checked in and signed the registration card.
2. Visits to the rooms are NOT allowed, if an additional person stays overnight in your reservation, the corresponding price will be charged.
3. The hotel day begins at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00 p.m. After this time it will be assumed that the guest will stay one more night and the corresponding charge will be made.
4. The guest must leave their room key or card at the reception every time they leave the hotel and when checking out. If you do not do so, the hotel will charge 7.00 USD in case the guest loses it.
5. When a guest uses the hotel parking lot, they must place their car in a suitable place. The establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or objects left inside.
6. The hotel is not responsible for any inconveniences that external service providers may cause to the guest (laundry, dry cleaning, tour and taxi agency, etc.)
7. If the Housekeeper reports sheets, towels, bedspreads or any other item in the room stained with ink, shoe paint, hair dye or any other substance that is difficult to wash, an extra charge will be made to the guest for laundry or replacement of the item depending on the damage caused to it.
8. It is the guest's obligation to keep their conversations in a moderate tone and ensure that their children do not disturb the rest of others. Likewise, the guest agrees to cover the cost involved in the repair or replacement of any object, furniture or material property owned by the guest. hotel that has been totally or partially damaged, either through carelessness or intentionally.
9. Washing, ironing, cooking are prohibited in the room. Guests who wish to send their clothes to the laundry must detail it on the corresponding form, which will be provided by our establishment.
10. The hotel IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FORGOTTEN OBJECTS in public areas of the establishment, nor for items left inside the rooms after Check-out.
11. The guest agrees to deliver any object belonging to the hotel that has been lent to him, in the conditions in which it was delivered. Otherwise, you will have to cover the cost of the repair, or, where applicable, the total or partial loss. The amount is at the discretion of the hotel.
12. Objects or valuables left by a guest in the room that have been ordered at the reception will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a period of 60 days. Once this period has ended and if there is no claim, they will be discarded.
13. Guests who show an aggressive, threatening attitude or are disrespectful in any way, whether towards staff or other guests, must leave the hotel immediately and will be reported to the competent authority. The Hotel reserves the right of admission.
14. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the rooms, restaurant, lobby and hallways by law. If you do not comply with the above, the hotel will charge an additional charge for laundry and dry cleaning of curtains, bedspreads, blankets, etc. of 200.00 USD.
15. Clients are not allowed to have any type of animals in the room, except those that assist the disabled or are contemplated in the original reservation.
